Comments:
On September 1, 2021, Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 of the Redlands
Unified School District (“Issuer”) had a principal and interest payment
delinquency. The Issuer has since confirmed U.S. Bank, N.A. (“Trustee”) made
the delinquent principal and interest payments. This late payment was a result of
an administrative error and was not due to economic difficulty of the Issuer.
